The Challange

The owners of Unit 501 at One Queensridge Place had just fired their 2nd realtor in 4 years and decided to reached out to us as the 3rd attempt to sell their luxury condominium unit.  Their friend found us on the first page of results on Google and thought that our strong web presence could also help boost the visibility on the property.

They were right. We sold the property in just under two months.

How We Did It

The property was gorgeous, with custom glass fixtures designed by Leslie Rankin (who worked on City Center / Aria Las Vegas), travertine flooring throughout the unit, and contemporary furniture by Ligne Roset & Roche Bobois.  All the property needed was proper exposure and it would sell itself.

We took high quality photos and built a dedicated website to show it off.

To get the word out, we invited the real estate agents from around Las Vegas for a private tours of the amenities.  To extend our reach, we designed custom booklets of the property and distributed them to real estate brokerages throughout Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, and San Diego.  We mailed color post cards to thousands of high net worth households on the West Coast.

The response was tremendous. We were able to procure multiple offers during the first few weeks.  Our seller selected a strong cash buyer in under 60 days and we closed the deal two weeks later.
